I have been playing guitar, saxophone, and piano for many years and am very aware of the tension patterns that exist and how much better I can play when those no tension in my body and my muscles are relaxed.
In your session you will need to to wear loose fitting pants, but no shirt as we will be doing a variety of deep tissue massage on your upper back. You will receive a brief postural analysis which will inform you of the fascial and muscular restrictions that exist from side to side and front to back and what you can do to correct them. In addition, through a combination of a variety of massage and stretching techniques we will work on the 10 most commonly overused muscles which increase tendonitis, as well as teach you how to find them on yourself and the most effective self massage and stretching techniques to restore them back to balance.
